You will be able to do deals that happen and that provide tactical and strategic advantages for you and your organisation.


You can create deals to your benefit and maintain long term business relationships you can research a potential deal and use your communication deals to make it happen.


You can create sustainable business relationships and make profitable deals happen.

Competency 4  

Personal Marketing

You will learn to promote your work and that of your organisation and use a variety of strategies to create profile and create opportunities for potential products.


Your work will reach key people who can progress it further  You will be linked to good international brands and will be recognised as a person or a business that can make a difference.


You will have a range of marketing strategies that brings recognition to you and your products and services.

Competency 5

Finance  

You will learn financial jargon and key financial models no matter what your background. You will be able to communicate and get key results and advice from financial professionals where needed.


You will learn how to raise funding make key financial decisions and achieve short and long term financial benefit.


You will create a way to review financial results independently and produce targeted financial results.

Competency 6

Personal Influence

You must learn persuasive communication  You must be able to win support from stakeholders within your organisation and build networks you can support you and support your efforts to make things happen you will learn to understand the priorities of key stakeholders and get them involved  in making your project happen.


Your network with key influencers will increase your chances of  marketing and selling your ideas  within a variety of organisations.

Leadership & Team Building

You will be capable of leading projects and making them happen with both human and financial resources.

You can lead the team but also be part of a team where appropriate  You can inspire both internal and external stakeholders to support you and create change through your inspirational leadership.

Planning Your Outcome

You will learn how to think ahead and prepare for new innovations and challenges within your industry.


You will think long term spot trends and plan for future opportunities At the same time building on your strategy you can take the action steps to turn strategic thinking into real results.
